This was my second visit here, and I was enjoyed myself just as much as the first time! Sophia took care of my fiancée and I, and had fantastic recommendations and provided incredible service! We opted for the daily catch (a delicious salmon) and the steak of the day (a fantastic wagyu hanger steak!) and everything was delicious! The rock shrimp aguachile is a perfect appetizer choice for the summer, and the banana pudding is a great way to end your meal. Great cocktails, unique and delicious food, and awesome service at this spot!

Seating was prompt and service was great! I had the shrimp linguine, my friend had the burger and grouper and grits. Everything was perfect!! We actually just walked into this restaurant while walking around the city and it was the best choice we made that night. I would definitely visit again when I am in town you can’t go wrong

I got there chips and dip and it was really good for the appetizer! Not worth the price but it was delicious! The steak however was disappointing. It was a 7/10 due to not having enough salt and no steak sauce. Overall the server was very attentive and the atmosphere was very calm.

I stopped by Billy Can Can on an early Thursday evening and found it to be moderately busy, but not overwhelming. I was seated quickly and chose a spot at the bar, which turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for from a place that calls itself a “Saloon Extraordinaire” – a modern Texas saloon vibe with a touch of old-school charm.
I ordered the Billy Burger ($22), which features Texas wagyu beef, longhorn cheddar, Benton’s bacon, caramelized onions, Texas IPA mustard, and pickled jalapeños, served with hand-cut fries. The burger was solid — juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced with just the right kick from the jalapeños. The fries were exactly how I like them: crisp, golden, and seasoned just right.
The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit, contributing to an all-around welcoming experience. The place lives up to the enigmatic and stylish description from their menu:
“Confident and enigmatic, Billy Can Can is an artful sensationalist, a brooding bon vivant… slyly orchestrating every happening…”
Overall, Billy Can Can nails the atmosphere and delivers on quality. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Dallas.

Returning for our second visit, we were once again impressed by this unique dining destination that blends authentic Western charm with a modern twist. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and inviting — the kind of place where a cowboy hat feels right at home.
From start to finish, the food, drinks, and service were exceptional. Reservations are recommended for special seating, though the bar offers an intimate and friendly experience for smaller parties. If it weren’t for our drive from North Dallas, we’d be here all the time.

Absolutely AMAZING! We visited for the first time last night for our 7th anniversary and everything was incredible! We live in the neighborhood and are now questioning why we have never gone until now?! Our server, David, was the best. He talked to us about dishes, gave recommendations, and was never pushy about anything. We went with his recommendation on an appetizer and one of our entrees and are so glad we did. Everything was incredible. Atmosphere was a vibe, drinks were smooth, service was great, and food was top tier. Highly recommend and we look forward to visiting far more frequently.

Phenomenal food and service. Normal things to say, almost. Our server was epic and the supporting staff as well. My genuine first time at this place is that it’s built with excellence in mind and everything else comes second. Brilliant menu - solid. I’ll be making more reservations in the future.

What a fun and funky experience. Came with my lady for the knob creek beefsteak whiskey dinner and we had a lovely time.
We started with the saloon bread basket and enjoyed the bone marrow, the venison tartare, and bbq short rib sliders. The tartare was seasoned and not overly gamey the rosemary focaccia toast was next level too, nice and seared, flakey, billow-y, buttery, and delicious. The bbq short rib sliders were so tender and the blue cheese coleslaw added a nice vinegar-y crunch.
We had the barbacoa terrine, and a wagyu tomahawk, with beef-bacon brussel sprouts, bbq spiced carrots, beef fat potato pave on the side. The barbacoa was cooked perfectly. It was tender and juicy and the pickled serranos gave a nice bite. The avocado crema and radish were delicious and the steak was next level tender and seasoned well.
We got the ice cream sandwich and the gelato was delicious… but the beef tallow chocolate chip cookies… you guys, bravo!
The drinks were fun and paired well with my meal. One of the best old fashions ever had.
5/5 star experience. Big thanks to everyone at BCC!

This place is so cool! It feels like you're having a meal at your grandmas house or something. From the front door to the bathrooms this place is gorgeous. Moving on to the food, the oyster were great and fresh, paloma style is super fun! The egg flight was also fun with great variety. Entrees and sides were equally amazing, we were impressed and hope to come back.
